My cockatiels been doing this for a while, just wondering what it means, also added a pic of my beautiful milo x

It's nothing to be concerned about..it's just a cockatiel "thing" lol...my BB does the same thing..just a "I'm happy" dance. Does he also bang his beak on things? Another cockatiel thing!
