I am trying to save up for 2 new aluminium cages, this is close to what i want,i would probably ask for a bit more in the width.this was is 1m in the width and 1m in the dept and 2 in the length.
What do you think about it?

I think they make this cage with over & under doors instead of one large door.....I have seen a cage like this and I don't think I would want to put any newly arrived birds in one like it or birds that try to sneak out of their cage.....it's just too much area to cover, when that door is open, but a cage with over and under doors would be different, you would only need one open at a time.....I saw a similar one advertised last year, but waited too long to check on it.....

I don't have any newly arrived birds so that's not the problem,i will however ask for them to make the door smaller and to put a door that you could use as a landing place for them ,t get into the cage easier.
They make them custom made so i can ask for adjustments.

I think it's beautiful and is an awesome cage! The door adjustment is a good idea. Though I like the big doors myself, I'd have an issue with Munch because she's a sneaker. So Weco has an excellent point about the doors being so big

Wow, that's definitely a beautiful cage! I agree with the cage door being large, but that all comes down to personal preference. Having a large cage door makes cleaning the cage much easier, but makes escaping quite easy as well. I wish I knew of aluminum cage makers for here in Canada, it doesn't seem to be a very popular business here.
