OK guys I have just received an email from chet womach from bird tricks.com and this is what it says.

Dear Paul,

I'm sending this urgent warning out to all of my "Bird Tricks" subscribers.

I've spent the last few months researching and testing bird toys, spending easily $5000 on toys and interviewing nearly two dozen toy manufacturers.

And what I discovered was pretty darn horrifying.

Your parrot's toys may be killing him... poisoning him to death... and you don't even know it!

I've written a special report that I know is going to shock many of you.

Even if you THINK you're buying "safe" or "vet approved" bird toys, you *need* to read this. As I'll show you, many of those toys aren't truly safe either.

You can get a free copy of my report here: http://www.birdtricks.com/killer-toys

Read this, and then be sure to check your birds' toys!

I almost lost my Military Macaw, "Cash," to metal toxicity... He was just 24 hours away from certain death according to my vet. I'd hate to see you face a similar catastrophe.

Wishing your birds good health,

Chet Womach Parrot Behavior Specialist

P.S. At the end of this report, I also show you how to get six free organic bird toys that I've personally approved as toxin-free and 100% natural.

Parrot Toys & Bird Toys For Your Pet Parrot | All Natural!

What do you guys make of this?

So be sure to read the entire letter:

It's their usual fear tactic to sell more videos and you will find another e-mail in your box every other day for months with more of the same kinds of stories what they can't sell by good sound science they try to sell by fear.

That's what I thought a manufactuar isn't going to sell parrot toys that would kill your bird they would be out of a job in no time if they did that

Agreed. They peaked my interest at first when I stumbled upon them, but it's mostly nonsense all just to get you to pay for something you don't need.

They sent one out a couple weeks ago about "organic food is killing your parrots." Sign up for free info packet to "save" your birds.... all said and done they still wanted you to pay like $10 for a free info packet that could be put into a PDF and then actually BE FREE. It's all a gimmick to get your money.

I don't even read the crap anymore. Instant DELETE.

I got the same email a few weeks back missy I think Chet just goes over the top also I'm sure that crash the macaw belongs to jamieleigh and dave not Chet but I could be wrong

He wants your money any way he can get it. So now he is selling organic toys! So how do you define an organic toy?

Yea, looks like greed to me too. We make about 95% of our own toys anyway, not something we worry about.

(Paul, shouldn't you be busy ordering toy parts to put together for that new cage???) :p
LOL

Chet Womach=*facepalm* OY!!!

Nope lol I'm one step ahead of you I already have a ton of toys for her
