I have a 5 month old female cockatiel (so I am told) and I wonder what color mutation she is. She has dark eyes with no red that I can see.

If anyone could tell me that would be awesome, thanks!

Thanks, I had an idea it was a pearl - someone told me she was an Emerald Pearl. I thought it might be a cinnamon pearl, but she does look green. I guess I am wondering what kind of pearl she is?

could be cinnamon pearl, even though your pictures are pretty good, it's tough to tell depending on the lighting.
I looked up emerald mutation and came across this, I thought it was interesting

Emerald - Just Cockatiels!

Don't know much about tiels, but she is gorgeous! :D

Thanks Blancaej!

Crimson - I checked the link you sent me and she looks almost just like the picture of the Cinnamon Emerald Pearl at the bottom: http://www.justcockatiels.net/uploads/2/7/4/9/2749198/8954175_orig.jpg

She has a greenish tinge to her with the yellow showing through the pearl markings here and there. The picture of the Cinnamon Emerald Pearl is just a tad off in that my cockatiel's pearling is not as muted. Thanks, cool page.

the only way you would really get any concrete info, is to know the mutations of the parents, and grandparents.

If it is a emerald pearl, you have a very unique cockatiel

This is a Cinnamon Pearl Hen!

Just remember only female Pearls retain their colors as the males will turn Grey once they go through their adult molt at around 9 months of age. Yours looks like a Cinnamon Pearl to me!

cinnamon pearl :) based on the red eye flash in the one photo. cinnamons have this, and im pretty sure emeralds do not.

I agree with Dally. Cinnamon Pearl. Here is a picture of a Cinnamon Pearl Split to Pied baby from my last clutch.
