What are the instructions for posting a video?

sign up for youtube. upload video to youtube using youtube app. using youtube app, there's an option to share, use the copy link option and paste url into the link icon setting when you are creating a post here on the forum.

By default, you can upload videos that are up to 15 minutes long. Once you've verified your account, you can upload videos that are longer than 15 minutes long. The maximum file size you can upload to YouTube is 128GB. 11 hours!
