Went to the fair tonight.....

And I got to ride a camel!

It was pretty awesome! They are sooo tall! Had a really nice time overall at the fair with the hubby tonight. Ate like crazy people!, got to pet a zebra and giraffe too. Saw all the horses, cows, pigs, etc. We were going to watch some of the demolition derby, but got tired of waiting for it to finally start, and went to see the giraffe, zebra, yak, etc again instead. lol. We ate so much at the fair, we brought home our peanuts and cotton candy. I can't help but think though, as I eat the peanuts.... I sure hope these don't have mold in them! (none for River of course) I wonder if any mold is gone in the roasting process for human consumption?

That's awesome i tried riding an ostrich in high school (my friends family raises them for meat...) Needless to say that didn't go over so well....

You just gave me one more thing to add to my bucket list! lol That looks like FUN! lol i've been riding horses since i could walk and training them since i was... small LOL Camels look funner!

Love fairs, haven't been for a few years. Ours doesn't have a "zoo" exhibit, wish it did. We do the eat thing too. I should take a 2 wheeler to get us back to our car we eat so much junk. Doughnuts, funnel cakes, sno cones, OH I need to go to the fair. lol
