weight issues

hi everyone just have a question about my sun conure's weight…his keel bone is a bit sharp and he has dropped from 108g in oct'13 to 100g in feb'14. that is about 8% of his body weight lost, should i be worried?

Has he seen an avian vet? I would be concerned about the weight loss and get him checked out if he were mine
