Albie - Pineapple Green Cheek Conure - Hatch date 14 Dec 2019 - Gotcha date - 4 March 2020
It's exactly the same as hmthe one he has in the living room but we are concerned he is sleeping much down stairs so we got him the same one for our spare room and he can go up there when we are working as now that we've cleared out the room, it's a really bright room with plenty of natural day light coming in so ibthi k he will benifot from being up there.

He will obviously come down when we get up and about and are home from work. Our eventual plan is to turn that room into a study but for now it will be albie's room whe. The cage arrives.

I'm assuming that the downstairs cage area is located in the center the family gatherings?

May albie enjoy the new cage.

downstairs for me, the cage wouldn't be used, the conures would be like um,,,,,no. Shoulder please.

Yeah it is, hes very good about going back In and I've been periodically putting him back in his cage during the day and he regularly flies back I. When he's had enough aswell.

I'm keeping the cage in the living room so he's with us when he's not in the mood to be with us or when I have guests round. I do need to socialise him but I'm not sure how to go about it. At the moment we are just letting him hang out.

He's doing great with step up and does respond about 8/10 times which I think is great seeing as I've only had him 3 days.

Thats great to get another cage, I have one upstairs in my art room,so Connie can be with me when I'm working. (nothing toxic she can get at) She has all her usual food, toys and play perches. Like you Stitch,I am really happy with her progress,as we had upsets to start with, and I thought I'd made a mistake taking her on. It takes a while to get their complete trust,so your little Albie is doing really well in a short time. He will be "silly tame" in no time! Connie is really stupid now when shes out,she will lie on her back in my hands,no fear of hard bites now, though I still get tested when she doesnt want to step up! Well they say its like having a two year old for all their life.........what a commitment!

He's doing great, although I think he's fallen out with me because my mum and sister came over for an hour. He chose to land on my mum and tried to remove her earring so I moved him to his play top.

I am going at the rate of albie, dont worry, the only time I make him do something he doesn't want to do is when he's either going to hurt him self or he's being naughty and distractions aren't working
