He/she is a cutie. Can I ask, who did the wing clipping? It was done very incorrectly. Can you take a pic of an opened wing for me?

I did the wing clipping, hes very strong and even with wings like this can fly. I know its done wrong, I believe only the tips are supposed to be clipped, last owner did the inside of the wings.

It is important that your birds wings be clipped correctly to insure safe landings. Otherwise they can break their keel bone in the center of their chest. Here is a pic of the correct way. When your bird grows his feathers back after a molt it would be best to clip in this manor.
Also, I would only clip the fist 5-7 flights and not the 8-9 that they show.

I have two birds right? the first one ive had for one year now maybe its a lady bird, shes quiet and awesome and I don't even clip her wings anymore because she doesn't even like to fly and only does when she is startled, Ive even taken her outside and she flew right back in the apt

Now this one that you saw in the clip is a little bit of a trouble maker, I got him maybe a month ago and hes full of energy, when I got him he had unclipped wings, but he flew around pooping everywhere, then he started behaving badly dropping stuff off the counter so i would put him in his cage the he started flying away from me whenever he knew he messed up so I clipped his wings.

Lastly he has an awesome cage but doesnt go in it at all, all he does when hes not on my shoulder is go up on a this thing I have on the wall and sit there, (highest elevation he can get to). He basically thinks hes human, I'm not sure if thats a good or bad thing.
