Strange question however I have the flu and am in bed snuggling with my CAG and I just realised I stink of Vicks vapour rub. Is this gna be dangerous for her I've made she it's no wear she can lick or anything??

I don't think her catching a whif of it would hurt her, but probably best to keep her at a distance for now. That stuff has a powerful smell, and it is still a medicine, so she is also having her nasal passages cleared out smelling it and who knows what it does to tiny bird lungs. Hope you feel better soon!

Ok thank you everyone il try and keep her away from me. It's hard tho she's so cute she snuggles in my duvet with me. It's a funny sight actually me her and two dogs in bed lol

i'd keep her away to be safe, but isnt vick's eucalyptus oil? trying to remember... and menthol too... still best to keep it away from her but i doubt any harm has been already done.

Ok great thanks everyone I've been keeping her shut out in the kitchen she's not happy lol but best to be safe lol

The main danger would be licking/eating, I'd imagine, Vick's is based on petroleum jelly.
