Ugh... I was so sick....

Just got through a bout of... something. It could have been food poisoning. It was a horrible day yesterday and I spent most of it with the trots, stomach acid burps, and nausea from hell . I'm better today, but the poor birds weren't fed at all. It's a good thing they have pellets out 24/7!! Today, they're getting a mixed veggie bowl. Bet they'll like that!

Get well quick. Take it slow. Stomach issues can make one weak for a few days.

Aaaand I'm sick again. Definitely food poisoning from the Pizza Pops I got from the food bank. I have almost 3 boxes of the things and the thought of tossing them out makes my stomach roll. But f I can't eat 'em... they gotta go.

Take care. Wait till symptom free before eating spicy, high fiber etc foods. You may have to develop the wonky stomach attitude...if I eat that now, how will I feel tomorrow. People prone to or getting over stomach problems find this helpful. (Had to look Pizza Pops up.)
