Twitchy Cockatiel

My cockatiel will start twitching her head whenever I start whistling. No I'm not blowing air on her head either, it's just her hearing the sound. Does anyone else's bird react this way?

It's pretty normal.... don't know why, but cockatiels seem sensitive to noises and such near their ears. This might be why they are so prone to night frights.

I don't know, My Oz never does that when I whistle to him and he's the only bird I have so I wouldn't be able to say.
