Giggles has started on occasion doing this. I have only ever notice her doing this in her cage. Should I be worried? Has anyone else experienced this? She does it for few seconds then stops, but might repeat 3 or more times before completely stopping for a while.

I mostly notice when I am talking to her next to the cage and I am saying "Mooi" trying to see if she can learn the word.

She has done it 3 or 4 times but seems to have stopped today.

shes thinking about throwing up so you can share food.

This behavior means she likes you.

It's also so normal you shouldn't even think about it,,,,unless she vomits...then of course it's bird law you are honor bound to eat it.

Basically it is a happy gesture.

Good one, Clark Conure!

If ever you decide to involve an avian vet in your bird's life, here are some resources...

Certified Avian Vets
https://abvp.com/animal-owners/find-an-abvp-specialist/
If none are near you...
Avian Veterinarians
http://www.aav.org/search/custom.asp?id=1803
In my opinion, any of the vets listed here should be better than a regular vet.
International contacts, too.
Or... sometimes I find a place to start just by Googling "avian veterinarian near ((your location))"

Awesome. Makes sense as she only does it when I am there talking with her through her cage. She didn't seem distressed or anything but always nice to learn new behaviour :green1:

A much less active twitch can be the repositioning of what is in the crop.. However, that tends to look more like a yawn.

Bird Law, Eat It!!! Ohhh, the humor is rolling today!
