Kiwi often "helps" (i.e. stalks about on the counter getting in the way) as I prep dinner. Well last night, he was wholly uninterested in the veggies I was chopping and being a general winged demon:rolleyes: We have an open cookware rack and a open "pantry rack". Turned my back for 2 seconds, and he got on the cookware rack. He was *trying* to get on the pantry rack, but his efforts were thwarted. Not by me, mind you. Nope, the espresso machine drip plate he tried to grab onto gave him a friendly reminder of "access denied" when it flipped up lol (Kiwi is not flighted, so if he can't climb there, he isn't going there). That put an immediate end to his attempts to raid the pantry!

"What could possibly go wrong with attempting to climb on this?"

I threatened to push him in the pan and cook him up for dinner:D He did not buy that my threats were genuine:28:

Awwww...look at that face in the second picture...how can you be mad at an expression like that?

Yeah, that 2nd pic is the best! It's like he practiced his innocent "Who? Me?" look! Hahaha!

It's so great you include him in your daily activities. That makes for a very happy zon.

Nothing like an Amazon for company in the kitchen.

Nothing like a velociraptor on the loose for company in the kitchen. There, much more accurate:D

What ever would I do (besides get things done quicker) without him:rolleyes: Only things he's not included in are dangerous activities like cooking or if I need to clean with a chemical. Otherwise, he's always getting in my way and causing chaos:p They sure do love being included, doesn't matter in what!

Ha! This made me laugh so hard! Kiwi does not look worried about being in that pan in the least. His expressions are priceless!

Hey, how did you get a picture of Julie? There are times, I swear that he looks just like that! Especially the stomping feet as he is headed for FOOD!

At the present time, he is stuck with me at the family cottage and not with his beloved Mom. He is just such a Momies Boy! But, I'm not sure, which one has the other twisted around their finger (claw)! I think they trade off.

But mommy I am trying to help!!!!! lol!! Charlie likes to help in the kitchen too (and by help I mean get in the way, sample all the food, flirt with the toaster, and be a really cute pain in the butt) That second picture is a keeper for sure! That is the perfect picture of Amazon innocence.
