- I have 2 conures. One is a Sun named Mango who is my little gymnast and he is two years old. Kiwi, a mischievous little Green Cheek is one and a half.
What are good books to get to train conures?

Just about anything by Barbara Heidenreich, Karen Pryor and Melinda Johnson! I could make a list, but it's quite a few different books!
Susan Friedman and Lara Joseph don't have books that I am aware of, but both have some excellent information on their websites and blogs!
Positive reinforcement training and applied behavior analysis is all pretty much universal training! You can use the concepts of it to train any species of animal!
