i just found this apparent breeder/shop online and i called up and it sounded pretty genuine.. i then browsed the webpage and see a hyacinth macaw for sale for $450 and thats why I'm thinking its maybe too good to be true or maybe a type error??

Natalia Pets Shop - Birds

whats your guys 2 pennies worth ?

If you click the picture the next page says : .......I think to good to be true : I also hit add to cart and got

Below are the species of parrots we have available.
-macaw blue and gold
-cockatoo

  • There is not enough stock for the product Macaw Hyacinth

  • The cart is empty

Everyone wants a big blue, or a black palm, and the scammers know it.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Definitely too good to be true. Especially from a breeder or pet shop. Just my opinion...

Holy crud, yeah, I would guess that's a scam as I've seen those go for up to 10,000 dollars.

IT'S A SCAM, stay away. This has been my experience, I have seen these websites on Gumtree, I'm always report it but as soon has Gumtree remove the scammer website, the scammers replace it with another.
They download photos off a legit website and pass them off has their own.

No I never lost any money to these scammers. Last time I looked on one of these fake websites Hyacinth Macaws were going for $1500 us and B&G Macaws were $1000 us. CAG $750.

Report these scammers to the authorities.

:D:D:DThis sounds like a great deal for me! I can use some of the money I just inherited from an offshore relative that I never knew! Paid all the processing fees and just waiting for the direct deposit!

Found this recently in my area. Most probably a scam, but I couldn't resist emailing and asking why they are rehoming.
