Tiny squeek

My 13 wk old lady gives my husband this little tiny squeak every time he talks to her. she opens her beak big and gives a short tiny squeak. She does not do it to anyone else. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Is this a good thing?

Indigo does this too, even when he isn't hungry sounds like a little kitty and he only does it when she is talking to him.
