Tiny nips at fingers when petting. other strange behavior

My conure likes to latch onto my fingers, or give them bites when im petting her sometimes and im not sure if its a sign I should stop. They dont hurt, but im not sure why she does it. She also doesnt like being in one place for long, like my finger, she will wobble and stretch and try to climb to my shoulder, or when im training her, she will start walking off in another direction. Shes very curious!
