Tucson the Eckie has decided he can sometimes use his beak without drawing blood. He has also started saying "oh, yummy!" And "yippee!" Lol

Flick the gcc has done a complete 180! She has gone from loving my husband and tolerating me, to loving me and NOT tolerating him!

And Napoleon the budgie who had always preferred not to really hang out with people has become a shoulder birdie lol, but only in her terms!

And after I posted that, Tucson took part in family laughing for the first time, over and over and over :)

That's awesome news Dani :D. It's exciting when ONE bird does something new, and you have 3!

That's happy news. I've written in the past that birds often do change loyalties like that. I've seen them do it. I hope your husband isn't too sad to lose Flick's devotion. I'm happy for you, though. It makes caring for them so much easier when they're trying to kiss you than bite your fingers off. Congrats on your changing flock dynamics.

Sweet update, Dani! Eckie laughter is contagious! It's generous of Flick to give you and your husband each a chance to be the chosen one. Nice progress with Napolean too, I wish one of my budgies would consider being a shoulder bird.

Wow! So many great changes at once! You're obviously doing something right, Dani.

Are they all camera shy, or is there a chance of a video or... three?
