This Is How We Eat Our Vitamin A!

Venus has been fussy about eating her veggies lately so today I've gone back to my trick to get her to eat and that is putting it in a cup or bowl and sitting with it. She thinks it's mine so she MUST have some. I'm making chop today and after steaming sweet potato I scooped some up for her. She's a dainty eater, lol. I'm pushing as many colorful and vitamin A rich foods down her, it's so important.
