The way my Hahn's macaw sleeps

I now have a young Hahn's macaw. I used to have a Pacific Parrotlet that lived until almost 15. Before that I had a budgie.
Before adopting my Hahn's macaw, my husband and I had a budgie and then a Pacific Parrotlet for almost 15 years. Both slept with their head under their wing. I thought that was pretty much how all birds sleep, but my husband and I do not believe our Hahn's macaw sleeps like that.

Our Hahn's macaw very very often puts his foot in his face, like as if a person were to cover their face with an open hand. We've had him out on us and he's fallen asleep (or so we think) and it is again with one of his feet cradling his face/beak.

Has anyone ever witnessed such behavior?

We do cover our baby macaw so we can't be sure exactly how he sleeps all night long, but we would bet a lot of money he sleeps with that foot in his face. Sometimes he even puts one of his nails in his nostril and it makes him sneeze.

Perry does this when he's comfy and relaxed. cute as a button

Exactly like that! So I guess they don't all put their head under the wing! Thank you, both.
