Hi
My name is Luna and I came home to my new Mum last Monday, so I have now been here a week & I am settling in really well.
I am a UK bird & apparently I am about 18-19 weeks old.
I am a Pineapple Conure.
I was hand reared and my Mum is having great fun with me already.
I have a big sister who is a JRT dog, who is 7 years old.


I wanted to introduce myself and join in the chat and learn a few things.

My Fav food so far is Pineapple - so great that I am a pineapple too!!!
I also love Pumpkin seeds & lots of other fruit - Mum says she has not eaten as much fruit as this last week!!!
Fresh Melon, Apple, Mango, Banana, grapes, strawberries & raspberries! Raspberries seem to be great fun for decorating with - I love the red splotches on the walls!!!

Luna, you and your parront will get great advice and support here. The Search Tab above is great. I love that you eat fresh stuff. Most here will surely advise more veggies and less fruit. Pellets are a good basic addition, too. I have used Harrison's for 30+ years, with happy results. Not sure if that's do-able in UK.
