The Muffin Man..

...will be striking again very soon. Besides the usual "binder" stuff,corn meal,rolled oats,brown rice flour,honey oats,Quinoa and a slew more,I am going to put in the following..

Banana
,Red Grapes,Radish,Red/Orange/Yellow Peppers,Cuke,Kale,Egg(2) and a little Honey..anything I should add,or remove?

Al...I was staring right at the habs too and I passed them up ...didn't see any ghost peppers though.
