The joys of a barking parrot

My dog just barked, then Penny my Quaker barked back. This was a suprise to my dog, so she barked, so Penny barked... Back n forth till I could convince my dog, there was no other dog barking.
It was funny

Penny can meow too, she likes to do it when the house is quiet. Which always works up the dogs up

Do you have a dog? Does Nike bark to make you laugh?

Yes, I have a dog but Nike came from at least one home with a dog before me and that's where she learned to bark I think because she started to bark here soon after we got her.

Oddly enough, my brother barks too. Don't know why, he's done it as long as I can remember.
The other day I left my house and there was a gang of crows outside. One of them barked at me. So there's a lot of that going around.
