Thanks also can I feed broccoli everyday and what other vegtables will be good for budgies for now I think of green beans, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower any others that would be good could you list please.

No list necessary. What’s good for eclectus is good for a budgie - all parrot safe fruits and veggies are great to serve daily! Just google “parrot safe vegetables” and you’ll find a wide variety of good resources. Parker gets broccoli daily in thE form of his frozen chop - he won’t eat broccoli so I have to run it through a food processor so
It’s so small he can’t pick it out.

No worries! Chop is basically a ton of vegetables thrown into a food processor. It’s one way of feeding veggies to picky eaters who otherwise would pick what they want to eat and throw the rest to the cage floor.
