Technical Help

How is that? Did you want it centered? I can change it if you don't want it centered:)
Did you want Mickey'sname added to the text at the bottom?

You are very welcome! How is this one?

Perfect except for that white line that says "click this bar to view the full image" Where does that come from?

Just my two cents.

That line is part of the design of the Forum that allows an enlarge view of the Signature. See Scott57 Signature as an example - huge signature block with tons of stuff going on. By enlarging it one can enjoy all that is found in that Signature Block!

Hope that helps!

Thank you Sailboat for this. Is there a way to delete that line? I do not see it on other signatures and it does detract from the overall picture.

I disagree on it being a distraction! It gives me an easy way to see a higher resolution photo of your buddies! To remove it, you would need to use a lower resolution photo to begin with, but as I said, for the rest of us, we get a much nicer shot of your beauties!

The server does this to save bandwidth, reducing load times for many of us.

You have a truly beautiful Signature Block!

The tiny white line is a combination of a darker background with the contrasting white on Murphy, which highlight the tiny white line.

The development of the technology that drives this and other Forums was developed before HD, High Res screens that highlight near everything. The end result is items like this that are forced because of HD, High Res technology.

There are choices in this World, and Free Web is one of those choices. You are viewing this and many other Forums and Sites as no cost to you! For that to keep happening, advertising is common, but not overly intrusive.

To correct tiny issues like this would require all new technology and its operating software. That would require either a great increase in, which would include intrusive advertising and/or paid access viewing.

Personally, I'm willing to accept the tiny white line.
