Jonesy a Goffins 'Too who had to be rehomed :-(
And a Normal Grey Cockatiel named BB who came home with me on 5/20/2016.
... Just curious here folks... How long did it take your 'tiels to start flappin' their gums....errrr...beaks 
BB has been here four months as of the 20th and he is only 8.5 months old. He prolly started "talking" two months ago?? I dunno...I'm old and can't remember that far back
Some of his words are as clear as day.. "what are you doing?" "Hi BB"..."where you going?" and he mumbles a couple new ones too " my name is BB" "how are you".
His whistling however is awesome! I love listening to his rendition of the andy Griffith theme while he also throws in a couple wolf whistles in to mix it up lol...plus he is very talented in making up his own stuff.
I really can't believe what a fun,loving,playful,smart little guy he is.
Never knew cockatiels could bring so much laughter and joy lol.
