My name is Seb and Taco is my pinapple conure. I came here to ask my first question about some books I would like to buy, like Parrots: A Guide to Parrots of the World (Helm Identification Guides)

Welcome Seb and Taco! You'll find plenty of information about conures in our dedicated "Conure" forum and elsewhere. I am not familiar with the book, but perhaps other members can assist. Perhaps the ideal location to post such a question is in the "Question and Answers forum."

If you are wanting info about conures there are books dedicated just to them as pets. If you are wanting books about parrot behavior, you usually have to find general parrot behavior books, or books on training.

Hey there,

I didn't even think about the possibility to buy books to understand better my conure. My curiosity is broader, I would like to know all the species of parrots out there (obviously including the wild ones) and I was looking for the most complete book on this topic.
