These brands are localized and not generally available in other parts of the world, ie the USA.
Giving a vitamin supplement to parrots is best done when there is a specific need for them and not just because of some general, unspecified need. People can take vitamin supplements like that, but our biology is much more robust then avian. Parrots cannot take an oversupply of a given vitamin if its not really needed.
