I just uploaded a video to Youtube of my newest little feathered friend, a sun conure named Sundance.

Some information about Sundance
Sundance was hatched in Michigan, (USA) on January 3, 2012. I refer to him as a he just for simplicity sake, although, I don’t actually know his sex yet. I took him to the vet for the initial healthy bird exam on the way home from the pet store. I had the DNA sex test done at the same time but the results were not in before the weekend. He came to live with me on February 29, 2012 and was still being hand fed twice a day. Sundance is now completely weaned. Although, he still likes to eat the hand feeding formula on his own out of a dish each morning. He will have his very own cage in my living room but right now he is progressing through 34 days of quarantine in my bedroom which will end on April 3, 2012.
