Im looking for a baby sun conure in VA for a fair price. I would love to give my wife a surprise for her birthday since we lost our beloved Rio, Do to a freak accident inside his cage.

Sorry for your loss with Rio!
Cage safety is one of the biggest areas we need to visit over and over!
If you can, for the benefit of all of us, can you share the details of the accident?

I apologize., but is hard for me and my wife to write about the incident! We try not to even remember about it! We had Rio since he was a few weeks old, we hand fed him and watch him grow till a bit before 2 years and the accident happened. We loved him so much. [emoji173][emoji24]

I have been a bird parent since I was 8 yrs.My best buddy is Paddy who we rescued about 8yrs. ago his owner was seriously ill. I would like to get a rehome male conure that is GCC or similar size and type.I have been on Parrot Forum for years. I prefer to take a bird that needs a home than to buy one. We have adopted GCC and a dog Pippin and our only daughter now grown and a mom herself.I am retired as is my hubby Jeff.If you have such a bird please contact me. we have a flight cage under cover back yard for enrichment.
