Hi all,
So I'm the new owner of a Quaker parrot named Oats who is just over 6 months old, he likes to hang out on the top of his cage, but recently I noticed he's stading in the same spot for a really long time, with his face pretty much touching the wall, he stays as still as a statue which is very strange for him (I should mention I don't actually know the gender I've just always called him a him), no matter how hard I try I can't snap him out of it, I have to physically pry his feet off the cage to move him, I noticed a shadow is visible, could he be attached to it? Is this a sign of something else? Please help I'm starting to get worried about my little man
