I Have an aviary ring neck who was once a pet but never really became tame. I am not sure yet of the sex. He has always eaten from my hand though the aviary wire. Just recently he is getting a bit cocky and is landing on me and biting me and screaming. If i am in the garden he is always at the wire trying to get attention.
Just recently he stands on his perch - pins his eyes and lean forwards and starts clicking at me. It doesn't seem aggressive as he seems to like the attention.
Any ideas of what it is ? and how to stop him flying at me when i am in the aviary?
