Stop chewing!!

So my pineapple conure loves my face! Simply because I have 9 facial piercings and a few ear piercings. He won't stop chewing at my face and ears! It started with little nibbles now its really hurting lol. But of course when I tell him off enough he places his head near my mouth for kisses and snuggles under my chin, how am I supposed to be mad at that?
How do I get him to stop chewing my piercings? Or at least lessen the hardness of the bite?

Sorry, but it sounds like you've really only got three choices.....either take your jewelry out before handling him, get more persistent with your NOs or don't allow him on your shoulder or head any longer.....

Pressure training, I am doing this with Mango right now. He likes to rough house, but tends to take it a little too far. When he latches on my finger too hard, in the spur of the moment, I freeze and tell him "gentle". If he doesn't release pressure, I just use a firm tone. That's generally when he releases pressure, enough to where he is just "holding". Then he lets out a few coo's, as if to say "like this"?:21:
