Stepping Up -

My Bourke's parakeet loves shoulders and arms. She grooms my hair and nibbles my skin and likes spending time with me and singing to me. But she doesn't like to step up and when she does, she flies right off. What are some techniques to get your bird to step up and extend duration on your finger until you can eventually move around with the bird on your hand? Thanks!
