Started talking

Hey, everyone. My 1 year old CAG finally started talking. She says good morning and hello on Hebrew.
Now, how do we keep going from here? Which will be better to teach her one word at the time or just to talk to her and let her pick the word she likes by herself?
Also I am speaking 2 languages. Is it better to talk to her only on one language or both?

I dont think we teach birds words [really] They seem to pick up what they want. I would do one language [myself] and be excited about the words he says that you do like
