Can someone help me on why my conure just screams when he’s out the cage I’ve had him around a week now and also when he’s in the cage he will just pace up and down and stamp he’s fit I’m a new bird owner just like some tips and help thanks you

Bless you, welcome to Conure Heaven! They're notoriously loud, especially newly adopted birds, who are newly separated from their old homes. I bet things will calm down over time. Of course, practice good behavior mod... try not to reward screaming, try to catch him being good before you reward him with attention... all the stuff I DON'T DO (I don't practice wat I preach!).
