I was having coffee before work this morning and Rocky was watching the bird feeder through the window when he looked past me at the hallway and did a full display. I looked. Our dog looked. There was nothing there. Yet Rocky kept doing this and was clearly alarmed by something. Or messing with me. I'd attach a photo but it won't work.

Interesting! Trying to post a pic via Imgur or hosting site? A problem posting in the manner you usually use?

Maybe through some trick of the light he saw his own reflection in the window?

Noodles sometimes appears to chatter and display towards open spaces or the wall-- it is super weird, as it doesn't happen often.
I always wonder what she sees.
She seems happy when she does it, so I guess it isn't too worrisome here.

I don't have Imgur or any hosting site for photos and don't know how to upload from my computer.

Go to your albums and upload there--- then post a link to the album.
Click your name, then the "statistics tab"---on the right side of the screen, you will see your friends and right below that should be albums. Add a new album, upload the pictures and then link that to this post (at the bottom of the image it will give you codes fro copying and pasting after you upload them.

Technically, you don't even have to click the statistics tab, but once you have created albums, that tab will show you how many you have created (and how many pictures are in each).

Basically, just click your name, look at the right panel/column under "friends" and add an album..

--YUP, IT WORKS--- Copy and paste the BB code that shows under the image.

There it is! Thanks. My brother said Rocky's planning world domination and that was why he did that. The 'too equivalent of a light bulb over a cartoon character's head. LOL

I do believe that animals can sometimes see things that us humans don't.
When going to college and living with my father he had a friend living in his house at the same time. Friend had a Doberman Pincher that was well behaved and only barked at cats.

We had a ghost that would show up now/then and I saw it at least once but sometimes that dog would bark at a corner of the house (celling and two walls coming together) and it sure was no cat and us humans could not see anything either.

I have had too many "close encounters" and I can't blame people for being skeptical. I would not believe my own stories if they had not happened to me.
