Spending time outside

Gonzo, my GCC, keeps trying to get outside. He's escaped once. I'm wondering, besides clipping his wings, what to do. I was considering putting him on the porch in his cage, just during the day for a couple hours. Would that make the problem worse? Any advice would be appreciated.

I use a outside Cage for my Macaw. Better that than nothing in my opinion .

This or take them outside with a harness.

Yeah I can't get Master BB in a harness yet. LOL

BUT with his attitude the last week maybe he will put me in a harness and take me out LOL
