I can only imagine what kind of care they have gotten if he is so willing to part with them for $100! That is not "fun" when you are losing a family member, unless you treat them like crap and see them as disposable...WTF...kind of like auctioning off a person...

Being a raffle I'm assuming each chance is 100. Depending on how many this POS excuse for a human being sells they could rake in several 1000s

There ought to be a law if there isn't already. Or maybe just get a rope!
