I would like to get my linnies to be more handleable and was thinking I would try food treats to get them to relax.

Do your linnies have any special treats they especially like?

Right now my linnies get Roudybush maintenance crumbles, the linnie seed mix from Herman Brothers, Goldenseal Tropical mix, and Chop on a daily basis. They get a millet sprig each Monday or when they go to the vet. :)

I was thinking of trying dried apples as a special "we only get it if we take it from Heather" treat unless you guys have a different idea.

The chop mix they get consists of green pepper, broccoli, green beans, corn, carrots, cauliflower, turnips, cooked quinoa, and a lentil mix.

Thanks!

Millet is the treat for my linnies. Mine ignore dried apple, but if yours like it you should use it.

I don't know if mine will like dried apple. I'm just trying to figure out some sorts of food to try on them.

I don't have a linnie but my quakers and my tiel love pumpkin seeds.
