I ran into a woman at a local pet store who told me her story about having a parakeet that lost both feet and when she said he did just fine, been 10 years since his second accident (yep two accidents, each costing a foot, first was a string toy incident and for the life of me can't remember the second). Tho she explained having hammock type perches, I just could not imagine a bird without use of their feet! This video is awesome and really shows how resilient and resourceful the feathered spirit can be!!!
