Somebody please help baby cockatiel

Hi so I’ve owned cockatiels before and this is the first time I’m owning such a young one only 15 days old, I know how to hand feed him but I’m so terrified that I don’t know what I’m doing and I have no idea how to keep him warm, I put rice in a sock and heated it up and put it near him but I’m still panicking and I’m not sure what to do or what I should do, I’m scared he’s going to pass away since I’m new to this!!

To keep one warm, you need a brooder.
Heat your house to like 80, and increase humidity.
A featherless bird needs even higher temperatures.
