Blue bell is my oldest and sweetest mouse.
She's also the only survivor I have a picture of right now, but soon that will be fixed :3

They are adorable! I used to have pet mice as a child. One of them would get out all the time and go into my sister's dollhouse.

Very cute furry lovies. I too had white mice as pets as a child Rox. and they also managed to get out of the cage. My mom made me find new homes for them. Only pet I could have was a parakeet.

I think my mom felt guilty that I couldn't have a dog or cat due to her allergies, so she pretty much let me have every little pet I wanted. Although it was my parents who bought the first budgie, right before I was born. But, I had guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, a turtle, a crayfish, lizards, a snake and aquariums. She hated the snake, but she dealt with it. My dad just didn't bother going into my room, lol!

They are so incredibly cute! When I was in college, I tried to convince my parents to let me bring home one of the rats looking for homes from my lab animal class, but they weren't going for that lol.

I had a rat, too, but as an adult. He was a very sweet pet actually, and quite smart. Some of my students brought it, some mice and a bunch of crickets to school and threw them all off the balcony onto other students as a senior prank. Another of my students caught the baby rat and brought it to me since he knew I loved animals. So I brought it home.

I had rats before and bred those too. They are so smart and sweet, but the mice need less attention and are happy with each other if you have a busy day, so I chose that side of the hobby instead. I don't know if you can see it but some of the babies were "rex" they looked like little sheep with their curly fur.
I haven't found all of them still, so either they escaped or got thrown out with the insulation from the attic that was all over my room. Two m ore of my mice died today, I think the fire made them sick. But I'm excited because there is a mouse show in PA next month and some of my breeder friends have offered to give me mice to rebuild my lines with.
