So, I got rid of Skittles 'fabric' cuddle hut months ago and felt pretty bad about it too. I decided to try some other things- tissues, paper towels and empty tissue boxes.
He does like to hide in the empty tissue boxes and does chew up the tissues and paper towels.
But last night, I saw the most adorable thing. I wish I had my camera nearby when this happened, but I didn't. Anyways, I took a nap right after putting Skitty to bed, but I didn't cover him up. When I woke up, I couldn't find him- then I looked and he had wrapped himself up in the paper towels. He looked just like a burrito! He wasn't under the paper towel, he was actually wrapped in it. I thought it was the cutest thing.
It makes me happy to see that he can still have his 'secure' sleep area without being exposed to a greater threat (ie huts). Just wanted to share that.
