Singing mixed with screaming (with video)

My cockatiel Nikola makes this screaming/ singing noise, sometimes he does this while he's just playing with toys or when he's by a window. He's done this before a few times in the past week, so he doesn't do this every day.

My sister is the one talking and saying butts, lol. I'd edit it out but I'm too lazy to. Sorry for the poopy quality.

I was wondering, has anyone heard their bird do this? It doesn't bother me because it lasts maybe 5 minutes. And I'm starting to think he is a she (he's still about 8 months, dunno if he's a boy or girl until the next molt). I've looked this up and got no results, so I'm curious to see what you guys have to say.

seems like normal Tiel chatter and vocalization to me. I would recommend talking or singing to him/ her during these phases. Say a few short words or sing or whistle a simple tune. Tiels can easily be taught to sing or whistle, you just need to stick to one song and do it often. Whistling is the easiest with a Tiel. Once he/ she masters one, move on to another, but still practice the old one also.

My moms teils would do this to each other, I think it was a mating call. Maybe she is just looking for more chatter to her, and wants to learn something new? It's cute, though.

my lovie does something like this, but much louder. he screams so much, with occasional cute chirps in between. he has to drink water after that. im worried!!
