signatures from a phone?

i would really like to put a picture as my sig but i only have it on my phone so how do i put it?
i cant transfer it to the pc and whenever i try to put it with my phone ihave to put a url cant i just put it from the photo library?
any help is appreciated!

I already tried its apperently for normal sig but i want to use a photo

Nope i can only use it for enetering the forums replying etc.. nothing else
