siggy and avatar help!

I cant put a siggy at the end of my post how can i do this??? searched everywhere but there not option to add a siggy! also,
I want to change my avatar photo but i cant do that ether!! can anybody help!!!

go into CP user, then you can edit your signature and your avatar
