Sick Parakeet?

My parakeet Olivia has a strange tail feather. It kinda looks like it is greasy, or wet. She is acting fine, still eating singing and playing around with her friend. Is this a real problem?

Are you sure she didn't just take a bath? Or drag it through some food or poop? Does she have diarrhea? Check her droppings to see, and look at her vent to see if it is wet in that area.

Her vent is clean and dry. Their droppings seem perfectly normal.

Ok, if she's acting normal and eating well then I'd say she somehow dragged it through her water or food or poop and everything is fine

My only other thought is that her oil preen gland could be infected. It's at the top of the tail. If she will let you, part the feathers there and if you see what looks like an infected lump she will need to see a vet.
