Hey guys!
So as I mentioned in a previous thread I recently adopted a GCC with some behavioural issues. As of late, birdy (Kiwi) has been spending a lot more time at the back of her cage. Kiwi is always on top of her cage, rather than in it. I always leave her cage open, even at night, as is customary for her back when she lived at her old house. Lately though, she's been spending more time on one foot. Often times, she has a little bit of a tremble, and is a little more puffed up than usual. I know that these are all symptoms of being cold, but the temperature in my room is fairly normal, and i've even turned it up a little bit. When I DO pick her up, she usually runs away as far as possible, but once she has nowhere else to go, she comes to my finger without biting or anything. This behaviour is pretty normal, but she seems to cheer up MUCH more when my girlfriend is around. (which is odd because historically she has hated women). Anyways, do you guys have any suggestions? Thanks!
